Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our professional services team. This role focuses on expanding our clientele primarily within the legal, technology, and accounting industries. The position entails managing a mix of inbound leads (ranging from 25 to 50 weekly) along with a rich history of leads and customers to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients across law firms, technology companies, and accounting practices.
- Conduct extensive calling campaigns coupled with digital outreach strategies to generate business prospects.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through weekly status meetings to bolster satisfaction and foster growth.
- Engage in cold outreach initiatives and convert warmer leads to secure deals.
- Organize, coordinate, and follow up on client meetings to ensure productive outcomes.
- Promote candidates to potential clients effectively.
- Leverage a database of historic leads to revive dormant opportunities.
- Play a significant role in scaling our operations in the United States market.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive base salary ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 RAND monthly, commensurate with experience.
- A lucrative commission and bonuses structure, projecting an On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding 100,000 RAND per month.
- Daily training sessions to refine skills and enhance performance.
- Access to a steady stream of inbound leads and an established clientele for account management.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable success in business development, preferably within recruitment or other B2B sectors.
- Exceptional communication capabilities with an aptitude for swiftly forging strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in managing and converting prospects from cold outreach to warm leads.
- Comfort with conducting high-volume outbound calling and digital engagement.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Self-driven, energetic, and highly organized individual.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours, specifically from 10 AM to 8:15 PM UK time.
