This is an opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys winning new business, exceeding goals, and earning strong performance-based rewards. The role sits within a high-energy field sales environment focused on helping businesses across the UK grow through digital marketing solutions.

What you will do
- Proactively generate new business using both self-sourced opportunities and leads supplied by the company.
- Run face-to-face and virtual conversations with prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable digital marketing packages.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales with both new and existing customers.
- Manage client relationships after the sale, supporting accounts for up to 12 months and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Review customer data in detail to spot growth opportunities, improve return on investment, and support longer-term success.
What you need
- A proven background in sales, ideally in field sales or high-performing telesales.
- Strong skills in building relationships and negotiating effectively.
- Confidence and resilience when handling objections and setbacks.
- Good presentation ability, both spoken and written.
- Experience with solution selling or SaaS is helpful, though not mandatory.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Compensation and benefits
The package includes a base salary of £35,875 and on-target earnings of £53,875, plus a car allowance of either £5,200 or £6,200 depending on the vehicle. Earnings are uncapped, so there is no limit to performance-based income.
