Overview
This position focuses on acquiring new brands for an e-commerce marketplace by managing end-to-end onboarding processes and building strong relationships with brand owners. The role requires achieving business development targets while coordinating smoothly with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new brands to onboard on e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and AJIO.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with brand owners and key decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate the advantages of marketplace selling to prospects.
- Handle the entire brand onboarding journey, from initial contact to live product listings.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and account configuration.
- Drive new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, referrals, and lead generation strategies.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for business growth.
- Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development and B2B Sales.
- Expertise in client acquisition and brand onboarding processes.
- Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and negotiation.
- Ability to maintain client relationships effectively.
- Sound understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Proficient communication skills.
