Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in BPO services for a UK client. This is a remote role based in Chennai, India, offered on an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients within the BPO/ITES sector.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Manage and nurture important client accounts to maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively to close deals successfully.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development specifically within the BPO or ITES industry.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 600,000 and 1,600,000 INR annually.
