Job Overview
The role of a CASA Sales Officer involves being the primary banking professional tasked with expanding the customer base by attracting new clients for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. This position is stationed within a specific branch's operational area, emphasizing direct community and corporate engagement.
Key Duties
- Identify and bring in new customers within the branch's geographic region.
- Conduct field visits and leverage corporate partnerships to gain clients.
- Utilize networking opportunities to enhance customer acquisition.
- Promote other banking services such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and debit card services to cross-sell and increase the bank's portfolio.
