Role Overview
The CASA Sales Officer position serves as a frontline role within the banking sector, focusing primarily on the acquisition of new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. Individuals in this entry-level role are actively engaged in fieldwork to expand the bank's customer base and enhance its local deposit portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential banking customers.
- Complete necessary KYC and compliance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products including credit cards, fixed deposits, and insurance services to customers.
- Contribute towards building the bank's local liability book through proactive sales efforts.
