Job Overview
This position primarily focuses on telecalling to generate leads and convert these leads into paying customers. The role includes calling both cold and hot leads, requiring strong communication capabilities and sales aptitude. The successful candidate will also gather pertinent data from leads and demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset to contribute positively to the company's progression. Additionally, the role encompasses responsibilities as a Business Development Manager, aiming to expand business reach and sales turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform telecalling duties to initiate contact with prospective clients.
- Handle calls with both cold and hot leads and work towards converting them to paid customers.
- Maintain and collect accurate data from customer leads for business use.
- Exhibit effective communication and sales techniques to ensure customer engagement.
- Contribute to business growth and value addition with a proactive approach.
Incentives and Compensation
A fixed attractive incentive is awarded for every conversion successfully made, in addition to the monthly salary.
