Business Development Executive – CSR & Partnerships

About the Role

KEN Foundation is seeking a Business Development Executive focused on CSR and partnerships, based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about social causes, skilled in multitasking, and eager to learn. The role offers a solid foundation in corporate social responsibility, fundraising, partnership building, and nonprofit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate opportunities with CSR teams, donors, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed research on grants, CSR programs, and various funding channels.
• Develop concept notes, proposals, presentations, budgets, and partnership agreements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partners and funders.
• Coordinate proposal submissions, manage MoUs, and follow up on partnership commitments.
• Assist in fundraising efforts, donor reporting, and documenting impact.
• Maintain records related to partnerships and business development activities.
• Represent the organization at CSR events, meetings, and networking functions.
• Travel as needed for partner meetings and field visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to draft proposals and reports effectively.
• Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
• Organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings and project visits.
• Fluency in English and Telugu preferred.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 per month, contingent on qualifications and experience, plus incentives based on performance. The role provides hands-on experience in CSR, fundraising, and partnership development, with mentorship, exposure to diverse stakeholders such as corporates and government agencies, and promising career advancement within the foundation.
