Role Overview
We seek dynamic, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executives to enhance our institutional network in Bengaluru. The role is available for both full-time and part-time engagement and welcomes candidates with varying levels of experience, including freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to engineering and diploma colleges, schools, universities, and training centers within the Bengaluru region.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and on-ground visits.
- Arrange meetings with institutional stakeholders including Principals, Directors, Deans, Heads of Departments, and Placement Officers.
- Present CDTC's educational training offerings and business solutions in a professional manner.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with educational institutions.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and business development.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed business engagements.
- Keep detailed records using CRM or Excel and submit daily activity updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs.
- Represent CDTC at educational seminars, fairs, and events as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout Bengaluru and nearby areas.
- A passion for sales, marketing, and relationship management.
- Effective negotiation and presentation capabilities.
For Experienced Applicants:
- 1 to 5 years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, EdTech, Training, or Institutional Sales.
- Background in B2B or educational sales is advantageous.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
- Confidence in client interactions and presentations.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional demeanor.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
