Role overview
Certvalue is hiring a Business Development Executive in Bengaluru for its ISO consulting and audit services business. The company supports startups, small and medium businesses, and larger organizations with internationally recognized certifications, compliance frameworks, certification assistance, and audit coordination.
Role summary
This position calls for a driven, target-focused professional who can help grow revenue and expand the client base. The role is best suited to candidates with sales or business development experience in B2B services, preferably within ISO consulting, certification, compliance, or similar advisory services. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered, and female candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Find and develop new business opportunities for ISO consulting and audit-related services.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients from different industries.
- Meet clients virtually or in person to explain services and present solutions.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate ISO certification options.
- Draft and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Work closely with internal consulting and audit teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Keep CRM entries accurate and prepare sales reports.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and active proposals.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience is mentioned for urgent hiring, while the detailed profile also refers to 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Background in B2B sales, consulting sales, certification services, ISO consulting, audit services, or compliance is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and handle client interactions.
- Capacity to explain technical certification concepts in a clear, client-friendly way.
- Self-driven, target-oriented approach.
- Basic familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 is preferred.
- Comfort using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Confident, professional manner with potential for leadership growth.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
