Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients within sectors such as manufacturing and pharmaceuticals through targeted lead generation efforts.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with decision-makers, deliver product demonstrations, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business.
- Develop precise product quotations, engage in pricing negotiations, and finalize sales agreements while collaborating with production to ensure order feasibility.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and innovations in chemical technologies to uncover new expansion possibilities.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities including calls, emails, and meetings using CRM tools, and provide monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Possesses between 2 to 5 years of documented experience in industrial or B2B sales environments.
- Exhibits excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates fundamental knowledge of chemical safety protocols and product specifications.
