Role Overview

In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will support a dynamic transformation program within a complex technical environment operating on a fast delivery cadence. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing appropriately scaled change strategies, collaborating closely with stakeholders to build organizational readiness, and influencing individuals and groups to ensure changes are successfully adopted and produce tangible value.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives while fostering the development of change leadership capabilities.
  • Assess change impacts, coach leadership, and enhance team readiness, willingness, and ability to embrace change.
  • Develop comprehensive change strategies and adoption plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage readiness activities including communications, education, and training efforts.
  • Apply strong stakeholder analysis and relationship-building skills to maintain collaborative partnerships.
  • Demonstrate excellent planning, quality assurance, and time management in complex project environments.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate multifaceted issues.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to drive change outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have proven experience delivering change from initial scope through to adoption review. The role suits a people-centered change professional capable of confidently guiding complex transformation initiatives with empathy and care.
