About the Role
Join Indigo Park Canada as a Business Analyst within the Canadian leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This unique position offers an early-career professional an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives through financial and operational analysis that drive the organization's future direction. You'll gain considerable insight into business development, acquisitions, operational performance, and executive-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational metrics across Indigo Canada's portfolio to assess performance.
- Prepare profitability reports segmented by client, contract, region, and business unit.
- Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases to facilitate strategic planning.
- Assess potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and benchmarking within relevant industries.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions and key strategic projects.
- Develop executive summaries, presentations, and reports for the CEO and senior leadership.
- Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to monitor business health.
- Aggregate and analyze data from Finance, Operations, Sales, and Business Development departments.
- Effectively communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years in business analysis, financial analysis, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and preparing professional presentations.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities.
- Capability to simplify complex data into understandable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or keen interest in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, transportation, mobility, or parking is advantageous.
