Role overview
UST is looking for a Business Analyst based in Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on improving business processes through Salesforce-based solutions and supporting technical delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Review business needs and uncover opportunities to streamline or improve processes using Salesforce tools.
- Work closely with teams across functions to build, validate, and roll out Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Create supporting data structures and workflow logic for business operations inside Salesforce Lightning applications.
- Advise teams on sound implementation practices and help guide technical decisions for Salesforce solutions.
Experience and skills needed
- Bring 6 to 12 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related domain.
- Have strong working knowledge of Apex and how it is used in Salesforce development.
- Understand integration work involving the Demandware platform and Salesforce.
