Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst focused on supply chain and logistics. In this role, you will examine business workflows, translate operational needs into clear requirements, and help improve efficiency across supply chain-related functions and systems.

What you will do
- Collect, organize, and document both business and functional requirements.
- Review and evaluate processes related to supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
- Create process documentation, reporting materials, and dashboard views to support decision-making.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, business, and IT stakeholders.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
- Share recommendations, findings, and project progress updates with stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with business process analysis and requirement gathering.
- Working knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP platforms.
- Strong abilities in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum practices.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000.
