Position Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain & Logistics to enhance operational efficiency by analyzing processes, eliciting requirements, and recommending improvements. The role supports supply chain and logistics functions and requires collaboration across teams to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and detail business and functional requirements.
- Examine processes related to supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Create documentation of business workflows, generate reports, and develop dashboards.
- Work closely with teams across operations, procurement, business units, and IT.
- Assist in system testing phases, including user acceptance testing and implementation.
- Communicate business insights and project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 4 years experience as a business analyst in supply chain, logistics, or operational areas.
- Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Understanding of supply chain operations and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Expertise
- Competency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of ERP software like SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster are advantageous.
