About the Role
Aaratech Inc. invites applications for the position of Business Analyst specializing in Retail and E-Commerce domains. This role involves providing analytical support to enhance retail and online commerce functions by collecting and analyzing business requirements, streamlining processes, and pinpointing areas that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain detailed business requirements from stakeholders involved in retail and e-commerce operations.
- Examine sales data, inventory management, and customer-related workflows to identify potential improvements.
- Produce thorough documentation of business processes, create reports, and design dashboards that support decision making.
- Collaborate closely with teams across business, marketing, operations, and IT departments to ensure alignment and execution.
- Assist with testing phases including system and user acceptance testing, and contribute to successful project rollouts.
- Communicate business insights, recommendations, and project progress clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Business Analyst within retail, e-commerce, or relevant sectors.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and documenting requirements effectively.
- Well-versed in retail operations and e-commerce processes.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with Agile practices like Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of management and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered advantages.
