  • Produce comprehensive business analysis documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and manage the requirements backlog with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate existing processes to detect gaps and risks, designing future-state solutions accordingly.
  • Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, data flow diagrams, and detailed supporting documentation.
  • Define and document the business rules that govern payroll calculations, billing logic, expenses, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Pay & Bill Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Outline integration and interface requirements between multiple platforms and systems.
  • Conduct analysis of data flows, perform data mapping, and contribute to data migration efforts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among Finance, Payroll, Operations, and IT departments.
  • Support testing by creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, scripts, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in governance activities including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and change impact assessments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology transformations or systems integration projects.
  • Strong skills in eliciting requirements, engaging stakeholders, and analyzing business processes.
  • Proficiency in process modelling techniques such as swimlane diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations, data mapping, and managing data migrations.
  • Competency in translating complex business problems into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with keen analytical skills and attention to detail, adept at handling multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving program environment.
