Key Responsibilities

• Become a dedicated member of the consulting team from your first day.
• Take early responsibility for your own project stream or defined topic area.
• Work as a versatile generalist across various industries and consulting questions.
• Gain broad insights into the service spectrum of a boutique consulting firm.
• Develop core consulting capabilities such as structured problem-solving, project management, presentation techniques, and effective communication.
• Operate at the intersection of business, data, and artificial intelligence.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, for example in AI, venture & private equity related topics, or consulting methodology development.

Candidate Profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, engineering, or natural sciences.
• Initial practical experience through internships or comparable exposure in consulting, private equity, or corporate settings.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured work approach.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preferably some exposure to Business Intelligence, Power BI, or data analysis.
• High willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and professional demeanor.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English.
