This role provides direct support to the CEO, engaging in both business operations and personal initiatives. It is ideal for someone eager to gain an in-depth understanding of how a business functions internally, witnessing decision-making processes firsthand rather than through theory.

You will be the main point of contact for the CEO to ensure delivery and consistent follow-through. Embedded in the CEO's operational rhythm—which includes daily and bi-daily stand-ups, weekly planning sessions, deep dives, and monthly committee meetings—you will accurately document discussions, monitor action items and deadlines, hold responsible parties accountable, and prepare actionable reports for the CEO and the leadership team.

Additionally, you will manage the CEO’s personal projects, which involve diverse and sometimes impromptu tasks requiring the same level of organization, tracking, and completion diligence, alongside maintaining confidentiality.
