About the Role
This position is for an analytical professional who can assess how the business operates, spot opportunities to improve, and help leaders make informed decisions using data and structured insights. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical, usable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Study business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements.
- Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows clearly.
- Detect gaps in systems or processes and suggest effective improvements.
- Work with teams across functions to help deliver projects successfully.
- Build reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Review project results and check that they support business objectives.
- Assist with data analysis and decision-making using relevant tools.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience of 2–4 years in a Business Analyst or comparable role is expected.
- Strong capability in analysis and structured problem-solving is essential.
- Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and creating documentation is needed.
- Working knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities are important.
- The ability to manage several priorities in a fast-moving environment is necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.
- Background in process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong ability to prepare presentations and reports.
