Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail-focused Entry-Level Business Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to comprehend business challenges, analyze requirements, and contribute to delivering efficient and effective solutions. This opportunity is ideal for recent Master’s graduates who are enthusiastic about establishing a career in business and technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside stakeholders to collect, document, and confirm business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as process workflows, maps, and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into solutions.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting to facilitate on-time delivery.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage feedback to improve deliverables.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree qualification.
- Strong skills in analysis and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping applications.
- Understanding of business analysis frameworks and project methodologies including Agile or Waterfall.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Must hold eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or practical experience in business analysis or consulting.
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with SQL or fundamental database concepts is a plus.
