Role Overview

As a Nursing Tutor, you will be instrumental in educating and mentoring future nursing professionals, combining expert clinical knowledge with effective teaching methods. This position includes delivering theoretical lessons as well as supervising practical clinical training to prepare students for their nursing careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures and practical nursing training sessions covering diverse subjects.
• Evaluate students' learning through assessments such as tests, assignments, and skill demonstrations.
• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to nurture students’ growth.
• Create, revise, and apply relevant curricula and educational materials.
• Work closely with clinical teams to organize and oversee student clinical placements.
• Ensure teaching methods comply with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
• Keep nursing course content current by following latest developments in the healthcare field.

Qualification Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.SC Nursing.
• Hold a valid active nursing license.
• Have minimum one year of experience in teaching or tutoring within nursing or healthcare contexts.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of nursing theory and curriculum design.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities.
• Skills in student performance assessment, mentorship, and efficient time management are essential.
