Role Overview
As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a leading soft drink brand by working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the annual brand strategy. Your role includes supporting operational execution across the portfolio and advocating for the delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the yearly brand plan covering above-the-line (ATL), below-the-line (BTL), and new product innovation initiatives.
- Track campaign outcomes against objectives, analyze effectiveness, and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Coordinate key brand sponsorship activities and support trade, public relations, press, and influencer engagements.
- Manage large-scale sampling programs ensuring alignment with objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, technical, sales, category, insight, and shopper marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing plans.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with external agencies including creative, media, experiential, and packaging specialists.
- Lead specific new product development (NPD) projects by preparing business cases and managing the stage-gate process through launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Support budget management through purchase order processes and budget tracking.
- Drive the social media strategy in partnership with digital agencies, monitoring performance and compiling reports.
- Use data analysis tools to evaluate brand performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in marketing, with a preference for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Energetic and personable with a deep passion for the brand portfolio.
- Strong eagerness to learn and bring innovative ideas to the business.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Skilled at establishing open and collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external agencies.
- Effective communication and influencing skills capable of engaging multiple cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, able to take initiative when necessary.
- Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
Education Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
