Position Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and manage sales activities at our Lucknow location. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and steering a team to achieve sales objectives effectively in the open market.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and build a capable team of advisors.
- Provide ongoing training and motivation to enhance team performance.

Compensation
The total compensation package includes a fixed salary up to 4 lakh per annum determined by interview performance, along with additional performance-based incentives.
