About the Role
The Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) position is a key role within the banking sector focused on expanding the customer base for credit card services. The BRE will engage with customers to introduce and promote credit card products, aiming to meet monthly sales goals while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for credit card services.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of various credit card offers to prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and business.
- Present additional banking products to existing customers to drive cross-sales.
- Manage customer inquiries courteously and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to one year of experience in sales, banking, or field sales are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Work Location and Compensation
This position is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The fixed monthly salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹18,000. Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) coverage, and performance-based incentives. The company also offers career advancement possibilities.
