Branch Manager - Home Loans

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will lead home loan business at the branch level, oversee the sales force, work toward branch-level targets, ensure adherence to required processes and compliance norms, manage customer meetings and site visits, and collaborate with internal functions to keep day-to-day branch activity running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing and growth of home loan business for the branch.
• Guide, coordinate, and monitor the sales team’s performance.
• Work consistently toward achieving monthly and branch targets.
• Ensure all activities follow internal policies, process requirements, and compliance standards.
• Conduct and support customer visits as part of the sales and closure process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless branch operations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should hold a graduation degree in any discipline and have at least 3 years of experience in the home loan or housing finance sector. Prior team management experience will be considered an advantage.
