Role Summary
The position is for a Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive at Muthoot Finance, based in Chennai within close proximity (5-10 km radius) to the applicant's home. It spans a 6-month internship offering a stipend, with a pathway to a full-time role upon successful completion.
Compensation Details
During the internship period, a monthly stipend ranging between ₹12,300 and ₹14,000 is provided for 6 months. Post-internship, there is an opportunity for promotion to Junior Relationship Executive with an annual salary ranging from ₹2.50 lakhs to ₹2.92 lakhs, potentially reaching ₹3.00 lakhs including performance incentives and branch bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with daily gold loan branch operations, including administrative data entry and follow-ups on backend processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries to uphold strong client relationships.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying new clients, sustaining existing customer base, and executing local promotional activities primarily through in-house calls.
