What you'll do

• Reach out to customers through outbound calls using the database provided by the company.
• Present health insurance products in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
• Identify customer needs and respond to their queries effectively.
• Capture leads and arrange follow-up calls whenever required.
• Enter and update customer interaction details accurately in the system.
• Work toward daily and monthly targets for calls and sales.
• Maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
• Partner with the sales team to support lead conversion when needed.

Eligibility and requirements

Candidates should have at least 2nd PUC or any degree. This opening is suitable for both freshers and experienced applicants. Strong spoken Kannada and English are required, while Hindi is considered an added advantage. Applicants should also have basic computer knowledge, a constructive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Skills needed

The role calls for clear communication, active listening, persuasive selling, customer handling, teamwork, and comfort with basic MS Office and computer tools.
