About the role
This full-time production role at Vinpac is based in the Barossa Valley region and focuses on safe, high-quality bottling operations. Vinpac has supported a national customer base of more than 500 clients since 1975, delivering services across bottling, winemaking, bulk wine storage, laboratory support, warehousing, distribution, and packaging supply.
The business is built around continuous improvement, practical innovation, and strong customer service, with a team culture that values collaboration and professionalism.
What you will do
- Run and watch production equipment while following all required safety practices.
- Protect product standards by paying close attention to detail and carrying out routine quality checks.
- Develop familiarity with a range of machinery used in the production process.
- Help keep the workplace orderly, safe, and clean for everyone on site.
- Contribute positively to team culture and work cooperatively with colleagues.
- Build and maintain respectful working relationships with customers.
What you will need
- Availability to work a three-week rotating roster across three shifts: 8am–4pm, 12am–8am, and 4pm–12am.
- A strong attendance history.
- Self-drive and a solid work ethic.
- High personal standards and strong attention to detail.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and customer focus.
- The ability to follow standard work instructions accurately.
