Position Overview
This opportunity is for a casual Brand Ambassador representing Bose at JB Hi-Fi. The role is focused on showcasing Bose products across portable audio, home theatre, and headphones, while helping lift in-store sales and brand advocacy.
You will act as a key product influencer by building strong relationships with store teams and customers, sharing product knowledge, and demonstrating features and benefits in a way that supports conversion and a premium customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Promote Bose products in-store and support sales across the assigned product categories.
- Create a strong product experience for customers through demonstrations and informed conversations.
- Build rapport with retail staff and help them better understand the brand and product range.
- Share product knowledge that supports selling and brand advocacy.
- Work Thursday to Sunday, including weekend shifts and some weekday availability.
What You’ll Need
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for regular customer interaction.
- Confidence working across different retail settings, with good knowledge of consumer electronics.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a team-focused approach.
- Willingness to proactively share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance environment.
- For airport-based locations, ASIC accreditation will be required, including a background check as part of employment conditions.
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is highly regarded.
- Interest in technology and/or audiovisual products is highly regarded.
