Become a vital part of Albyn Housing Society by joining our Board of Directors. Board Members provide essential governance and strategic guidance, influencing the organisation's path to deliver exceptional housing services, uphold financial stability, and achieve positive outcomes for residents.
Serving on the Board offers a fulfilling chance to leverage your expertise and perspective to shape Albyn's future and the wellbeing of the Highland communities we serve. Albyn manages close to 4,000 social rented homes, standing as the largest independent social landlord in the Highlands, helping support people, local communities, and the regional economy.
Desired Expertise
- Financial accountancy knowledge
- Experience or understanding of the social housing sector

Additional Details
This is a voluntary, unpaid position; however, reasonable expenses will be reimbursed. The role includes opportunities for skills development and networking. Board meetings can be attended remotely, but physical presence is needed at the Annual General Meeting and the Board Strategy Day.
