Biology Researcher

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Biology Researcher to contribute on a contract basis. This remote role offers an hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $90, with a weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide comprehensive evaluations on biology-related data, prompts, or content leveraged in AI development processes.
• Develop, assess, and fine-tune scientific scenarios, questions, or explanations that encapsulate complex, realistic biological challenges.
• Deliver expert insights to guarantee the precision, relevance, and depth of AI training datasets and the resultant outputs within the biological field.
• Work collaboratively with platform teams to resolve uncertainties and enhance biological data quality, coverage, and representation.
• Record findings, methodologies, and reasoning to uphold clarity and reproducibility in project documentation.
• Engage in repetitive review cycles and continuous evaluations to improve AI system capabilities related to biology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a PhD in biology or a closely related life science area.
• Proven expertise in fundamental biological concepts with the ability to explain complex subjects to varied audiences.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to clearly express feedback and scientific logic.
• Experience conducting scientific data analysis, critically appraising research, and synthesizing complex biological subjects.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while consistently producing high-quality deliverables within project parameters.
