Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Biology Expert with a PhD to contribute expert knowledge to AI development workflows related to biology. This role involves evaluating biological datasets, refining scientific content, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance AI training inputs and outputs with accuracy and depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess and provide comprehensive feedback on biology-related content, data, and prompts utilized in AI development processes.
• Develop, review, and refine scientific scenarios and questions that address intricate real-world biological issues.
• Deliver expert insights to maintain accuracy, relevance, and sophistication of AI training datasets and system outputs in biology.
• Work closely with platform teams to resolve ambiguities and enhance biological data quality, coverage, and representation.
• Document methodologies, findings, and reasoning to ensure transparency and reproducibility of project results.
• Participate in ongoing review cycles and evaluations aimed at improving AI biology-related capabilities.
• Engage with interdisciplinary experts in knowledge-sharing sessions to enrich project outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a PhD in Biology or a closely related life science field.
• Proven expertise in fundamental biological concepts with the ability to contextualize complex topics for a variety of audiences.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to clearly convey feedback and scientific rationale.
• Expertise in scientific data analysis, critical research evaluation, and synthesis of complex biological information.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results within specified project parameters.
• Prior experience contributing to interdisciplinary science or tech projects is desirable; familiarity with AI is beneficial but not required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to scientific rigor and precision.
