Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with substantial experience in the US IT Staffing market and a demonstrated history of marketing consultants to vendor and direct client networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants to US clients, MSPs, and staffing vendors, generating requirements through existing vendor relationships and direct outreach, and matching consultants to suitable opportunities. You will also be responsible for negotiating billing rates, coordinating interviews through to closure, and building/maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants. Ensuring compliance with documentation, onboarding, and employment requirements, and maintaining accurate tracking of submissions, interviews, offers, and placements are key aspects of this role.
