Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare and serve quality coffee, whole bean, and food products following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening and closing duties, cash management, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth store functioning.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and meet both customer and store needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by putting customers first and fostering genuine connections.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and welcoming for both customers and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

No prior experience is necessary; a passion for customer care and joy in serving others is essential. Candidates should be prepared to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by store operations.
