Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful software solutions addressing evolving threats.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to define technical requirements and architecture, scope tasks, and develop scalable, robust backend applications.
• Design and implement backend services based on the established technology stack.
• Conduct automated builds and testing in the DevSecOps pipeline.
• Apply continuous delivery methods to enhance software deployment processes.
• Share knowledge and best practices with peer developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Applicants with over 2 years of relevant experience may be eligible for a senior developer role.

Experience and Skills

• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP), messaging protocols (e.g., MQTT), and REST API development.
• Familiar with database technologies including RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software design principles.
• Passionate about software development and continuously learning new technologies.
• Ability to thrive in team-based and project-driven environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Extreme Programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices and containerization tools including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of DevSecOps workflows, including continuous integration and delivery.
• Awareness of role-based access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles.
