About the Role
At SDG Financial Services, the Back Office Sales Executive plays a crucial role in client onboarding, explaining investment products, and supporting the sales team to ensure superior customer experiences. The role demands a mix of administrative efficiency and active client engagement focusing on financial solutions such as Mutual Funds, Demat accounts, and other offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist new clients through onboarding steps including document handling and KYC verification to ensure smooth account creation.
- Explain in detail various financial products to customers such as Mutual Funds, Demat accounts, SIPs, and other investment plans, highlighting their benefits and processes.
- Support sales by maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Manage client documentation effectively while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and distribute informational materials including brochures, reports, and investment summaries.
- Build and nurture client relationships by responding timely to queries and keeping them updated with new products, market trends, and services offered by SDG.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth client servicing and contribute insights in team discussions regarding client needs.
