Back Office Executive

About the Role

We are seeking Hindi-speaking Back Office Executives to join our Spare Parts Service Team. This role involves managing communication with customers and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations in spare parts handling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and share quotations with clients.
• Follow up with clients to secure quotation approvals and purchase orders.
• Liaise with customers about their spare parts needs and order progress.
• Track and pursue outstanding payments from clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts to facilitate timely order processing and shipping.
• Maintain detailed records of quotations, purchase orders, payments, and customer communications.
• Deliver prompt support ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
• Possess any Graduate degree or Diploma certification.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and follow-up.
• Experience with customer service, back-office functions, or spare parts coordination is advantageous.
• Fluent Hindi speaking and basic English abilities essential.
