Role Overview
As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational backbone of the organization by managing records, documentation, and internal communications effectively to ensure smooth business processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update company databases, records, and documentation with precision.
- Accurately compile reports, spreadsheets, and enter data to support business needs.
- Manage and respond to emails, correspondence, and facilitate internal communication channels.
- Verify and process various business documents including forms and invoices in a timely manner.
- Collaborate and coordinate with different internal teams and external parties as necessary.
- Organize schedules, appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Conduct data validation activities to guarantee correctness and reliability of information.
- Assist in operational workflows and support process management initiatives.
- Maintain both digital and hardcopy filing systems in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from 18,000 to 35,000 INR per month, offering a competitive remuneration for the role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
