About the Role
This role is offered through a partner company based in Germany, specializing in AI-first marketing strategies for B2C customer acquisition. It is ideal for marketers passionate about growth and leveraging AI-driven tools to design and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The position entails full ownership of paid acquisition efforts with the opportunity to implement AI-enhanced workflows and analytics to fuel scalable business growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive B2C paid acquisition plans, including campaign design, launch, and continuous performance improvements.
- Design and expand webinar, Video Sales Letter (VSL), and educational marketing funnels by integrating AI-enabled automation and processes.
- Create and fine-tune appealing ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and campaigns across paid media channels, focusing especially on Meta platforms.
- Implement AI-based workflows to streamline creative content production, campaign controls, and iterative marketing experiments.
- Track and analyze crucial metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value to enhance campaign profitability.
- Work collaboratively with sales, CRM, creative, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Conduct persistent testing and experimentation to discover new growth channels and optimize marketing outputs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong track record of managing and scaling B2C paid acquisition campaigns resulting in quantifiable business impact.
- Expertise in direct-response marketing models, including webinar funnels, VSL campaigns, or similar info-product marketing strategies.
- Proficient in utilizing Meta Ads and other major digital advertising platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, automation systems, and agent-driven productivity solutions.
- Proven capability to self-manage campaigns from strategy formulation through to execution and optimization.
- Excellent analytical proficiency for interpreting marketing data to steer campaign performance enhancements.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset emphasizing ownership.
- Experience thriving in remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced team settings.
