About the Role
Join Enterprise Mobility as a full-time Automotive Detailer based at Thunder Bay Airport. This role involves diligently cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing various rental vehicles to meet and exceed high hygiene and safety standards. You will work with cars, vans, and trucks, ensuring each vehicle is spotless and ready for customers.
Work Schedule
Two alternating weekly schedules are offered:
- Schedule A: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Monday and Tuesday off.
- Schedule B: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Wednesday and Thursday off.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors thoroughly, including vacuuming according to industry protocols.
- Wash, clean, and dry the exterior of vehicles of varying sizes, including vans and trucks.
- Inspect vehicles for fuel levels, warning lights, windshield damage, and confirm registration compliance.
- Conduct maintenance checks such as fluid levels, tire condition including pressure and tread, and report any safety concerns or damages.
- Refuel and organize vehicles for customer handover.
- Operate specialized equipment like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors effectively.
- Assist customers when required, including transportation to and from the branch.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workplace, caring for the general cleanliness of branch interiors and exteriors.
- Perform additional tasks such as cleaning desktops, phones, bathrooms, floors, and outdoor areas to uphold overall site appearance.
- Continuously improve job performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting.
- Uphold regular attendance and punctuality standards.
- Complete any other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past 5 years.
- Authorization to work in Canada, with no current or future need for sponsorship.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds to assist customers.
- Willingness to work either of the provided schedules, excluding religious observances.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
