Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio from client meetings, design consultations, and on-site dictations into text.
• Proofread transcripts to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and improve clarity.
• Format transcripts following company standards and templates.
• Efficiently organize and manage large volumes of audio and document files.
• Work closely with landscape designers and project managers to resolve uncertainties or technical terms encountered in recordings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Complete transcription tasks by set deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a transcriptionist or in a similar role demanding strong listening and typing accuracy.
• Excellent command of English language, including exemplary grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• High typing speed combined with accuracy.
• Ability to understand a variety of accents, dialects, and specialized vocabulary.
• Familiarity with transcription software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with effective prioritization.
