Role Overview

The Associate NCC Officer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar at CT Group of Institutions. The primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate NCC-related activities, including training sessions, drills, camps, and awareness initiatives for enrolled cadets. Collaboration with institutional leaders and NCC officials is essential to devise and implement annual training plans. Maintaining discipline, safety, and adherence to NCC regulations is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor cadets in discipline, leadership, and social responsibility.
  • Coordinate and manage NCC events such as camps, parades, and training schedules.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation on cadet attendance and performance.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrative personnel to integrate NCC activities within the campus environment.
  • Ensure compliance with NCC policies and safety standards during all activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Background in NCC with experience leading or supervising cadets and understanding NCC training protocols.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills for event and schedule management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and authorities.
  • Capability to maintain precise records and reports about NCC activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university; NCC certification or prior service experience is desirable.
  • Dedication to student well-being, physical fitness, and holistic growth, with willingness to participate in outdoor activities.
  • Familiarity with academic institutional policies and ability to operate within structured environments.
