Role Description

• Strong proficiency in Core Java is essential, along with familiarity in ReactJS considered advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to emerging tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and Core Java concepts.
• Experience with various design and architectural software patterns, and software development processes.
• Hands-on experience with database systems, including schema design aligning with business processes.
• Capability to create and maintain automated testing frameworks and unit tests.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality.
• Develop, maintain and optimize reliable and reusable Java code by setting priorities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify system bottlenecks and bugs, recommending robust solutions after assessing advantages and disadvantages.
• Fundamental understanding of the project domain.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Aware of current technological trends and advancements.

Additional Information

The role is based in Kolkata and requires 4 to 7 years of experience. Qualification-wise, candidates should be graduates in B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or MCA with relevant skills.
