Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Editor to join our team, responsible for shaping editorial strategy and devising content plans. The role involves profiling, interviewing, and generating original content, alongside managing both in-house teams and freelance contributors. Ensuring editorial quality, compliance, and smooth coordination across projects is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience working with multi-genre lifestyle magazines, focusing on luxury, food, travel, and lifestyle topics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement editorial strategies and content planning.
- Conduct profiling and interviews to create original articles and features.
- Manage team members and freelance writers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain high editorial standards, compliance, and coordination within projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience with multi-genre lifestyle publications covering luxury, food, travel, and lifestyle content.
- Strong editorial and content management skills.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi languages for proofreading and editing.
