Position Overview
This opportunity is based in Darwin, Northern Territory and involves delivering high-quality valuation reports for a broad range of residential and regional assets. The role demands excellent communication skills to maintain positive client relationships, manage business opportunities, and meet individual annual financial targets. As a senior member within a compact and expanding team, the position includes mentoring junior valuers and assisting business growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will combine advanced valuation expertise in residential developments with strong business development capabilities and extensive networking relationships. Qualifications and experience include:
- A degree in Business with a focus on Property or an equivalent qualification.
- Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) status with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise and deep understanding of residential valuation methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong report writing and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
