Role Overview

This full-time, onsite role in Dubai is for an Assistant Storekeeper supporting construction and project-site material handling. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, controlled issuance, and orderly storage practices.

Key Duties

• Receive, store, release, and monitor materials and tools used at project sites.
• Keep inventory logs updated and complete transactions in the ERP system, along with other store-related records.
• Assist with physical stock checks, tool tracking, and maintaining traceability of materials.
• Make sure items are stored correctly, clearly labelled, and the store area remains organized and compliant with required standards.

Qualifications

• A diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
• At least 3 years of background in storekeeping or inventory control is needed.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Experience in construction or project-site settings will be considered an advantage.
