About the Client
The employer is a major Dubai-based business group with operations spanning several sectors and ownership of more than 20 established companies in the region.
Role Overview
This full-time, onsite role in Dubai is for an Assistant Storekeeper supporting construction and project-site material handling. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, controlled issuance, and orderly storage practices.
Key Duties
- Receive, store, release, and monitor materials and tools used at project sites.
- Keep inventory logs updated and complete transactions in the ERP system, along with other store-related records.
- Assist with physical stock checks, tool tracking, and maintaining traceability of materials.
- Make sure items are stored correctly, clearly labelled, and the store area remains organized and compliant with required standards.
Qualifications
- A diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- At least 3 years of background in storekeeping or inventory control is needed.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel is expected.
- Experience in construction or project-site settings will be considered an advantage.
