Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development.
• Boost commercial outcomes by expanding sales across multiple customer channels including retail and trade.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Build and strengthen trade partnerships along with promoting our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program.
• Offer expertise to guide customers in making informed lighting and design choices.
• Ensure the store maintains superb visual merchandising and presentation standards.

• Partner with the Store Manager to meet operational goals and maintain store excellence.
