Seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of Life Insurance advisors. The role involves recruiting advisors through personal networks, coaching and motivating the team to boost sales performance, providing necessary training, and participating in joint sales calls. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new business and renewing existing policies through the advisory team.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Age between 23 to 40 years; applications from freshers will not be considered.
- Preference for candidates residing locally in Dehradun.
